HOWLING SYN - DEVILRIES will be available tomorrow, July 13!! It is now time to unveil Devilries, our latest creation! We can't wait to get your feedback - when you'll have your own copy, of course! And don't forget that the CD will be available in all good record stores in North America, so don't hesitate to order it if they don't have it in stock.

Finally, we have just learned that the July 13 release date will be for North America only (through Navarre/Universal). The rest of the world will have to wait until August 24 to see Devilries in store. But don't worry, Synners from overseas & Central/South America! We will provide you with links to online stores where you'll be able to get your share of Devilries on July 13. STAY EVIL!!!

The release date for Devilries is now official! A worldwide release is due July 13th, 2004 through Escapi, Sweden. Distribution in North America will be handled by Navarre/EMI.

Unlike Forebearers of Dusk (2002), Devilries will not be a concept album, but will be made of more dark & mature material as well as songs inspired by horror classics such as Halloween, Hellraiser & An American Werewolf in London.

Also, don't miss Howling Syn live in Montréal June 12 at Club Saphir and July 18 at the Foufounes Électriques for the Montréal Metalfest 2004. More dates & details to follow...

We are very proud to announce that we have signed a worldwide deal with Escapi (Sweden) for singles/CDs as well as DVD releases! Escapi is already working with bands such as Candlemass, Force of Evil (King Diamond/Mercyful Fate all-star band), The Hellacopters, Trouble & much more.
Our first CD on Escapi will be the Devilries album and it should be out during the summer.

Here are the songs that should end up on Devilries:

It is now official: the band will hit the studio on February 7th in studio AIR MS to record their second album. It will be called Devilries and will contain 11 new songs. Here are a few titles: Ghost from the Past, Eden-Sweet Devilry, Our Sweet Oblivion, Bleed in Silence, Carnivorous Lunar Activities, I  am the Night, Walk the Walk, etc.

We are pleased to announce that the CD will be distributed worldwide and it should be launched this summer at the latest. Details will follow quite soon because we'll have very good news for you! As you may already know, MP3.com has been bought by CNET Networks and the songs that they hosted are no longer available. So, for now, the only way to download Howling Syn songs in MP3 format is to visit The Metal Observer. There, you will find Black Moon, Night Charmers and Witches of Avalon. Please remember that these files are for personal use only.

On Sunday, October 19, 2003, at 9pm (Central European time = 3pm Eastern time), the second radio show of The Metal Observer on air (German edition) will be aired on Radiofabrik (107.5).

And we have a little scoop for you: they will be playing a song from Howling Syn during the show!

We are very disappointed to announce that we will not be playing with King Diamond on November 5. The King's manager has decided that the tour will include 4 bands instead of the 2 previously announced and the local bands have been dismissed for the Montreal show. We are sorry for those who wanted to see us, we will try to get back on stage as soon as possible. Until next time! STAY EVIL!

We would also like to thank all the people who sent encouraging words to Eric and his mother. She is slowly getting better and Eric is back with all his energy!

Unfortunately, Howling Syn will not be present for tonight's show in Quebec City. Eric is at his mother's bedside in the hospital. We wish the best of luck to Eric's mother and to Eric, and we should come to Quebec City quite soon because we're eager to see you people from Quebec City.

A new date is announced! Howling Syn will be playing in Sherbrooke on April 5th, at the Graffiti with Liva and Moonlyght.

Some Howling Syn shows are coming soon. There's already a confirmed date: May 10th, at the Kashmir in Québec city with Moonlyght and Liva. It's Howling Syn's first visit to the old capital, don't miss it, we'll be playing songs from Forebearers of Dusk as well as new ones! There is also a new review of Forebearers of Dusk on The Metal Observer. The review is available in English and German. To thank the team from The Metal Observer for their support and interest in Howling Syn and to give all a little extra, you can download Witches of Avalon exclusively from their website, in the Downloads section.
We are currently preparing a new section for our website where you'll find all the reviews for our albums (at least, all those we know of!). They will all be available in English and French.
